Arrive in Hanoi and meet your airport transfer. Transfer to your hotel, settle in and ease into your first evening in Vietnam.
Travel out of Hanoi for a full day in Ninh Binh, combining the historic Hoa Lu area with Tam Coc and Mua Cave.
Leave Hanoi for Ha Long Bay and board your overnight cruise. The day shifts from road travel to time on the water among the bay's limestone islands.
Complete the cruise programme, transfer to the airport and fly south to Da Nang, where the journey changes from northern landscapes to Central Vietnam.
Spend the day at Ba Na Hills, including the Golden Bridge and mountain scenery high above Da Nang.
Experience Cam Thanh Coconut Jungle before continuing to Hoi An Ancient Town for heritage streets, local atmosphere and an evening among the lanterns.
Breakfast at the hotel, then transfer for departure. If you would like more time in Central Vietnam, we can extend the route before your onward journey.
